Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct areas of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
